Great Style, Poor Music Choice

As always, I loved your style and the cyclical theme. However, unlike your others, the music failed to captivate me. Usually the music enhances the feelings that I get from watching your submissions. This time it did just the opposite.

Maybe I just haven't acquired the taste for Theatr Jada.

Chilling Take on Current Events

That was pretty unnerving.
I don't think that is what the U.S. is actually doing (and I sure as hell hope I'm right), but it is scary to think about the possibility.

The space between protection and control is gray and blurry. It's hard to say whether or not we have already crossed that line, and you can easily argue either way.

The message makes the movie.

"I'll Be Special and I'll Be Rare..."

by submitting something to Newgrounds that is wholesome, cute, and completely free of all the filth, violence, destruction, and gratuity present in the majority of cartoons that come through the Portal.

I congratulate you on your courage for submitting something of this caliber to a website whose main demographic is 13- to 25-year-olds that tend to focus on the volume of nudity and gore within a cartoon.

Truly, a diamond in the rough.

Not at all...

There wasn't any ambiguity to "Mr. Ambiguous" at all. To be ambiguous would mean that he didn't tell anyone one way or the other, leaving them in total confusion as to whether or not he was gay, and with nothing more to go on than his mannerisms, which could be seen as either gay or straight depending on personal opinion. The fact that he specificly says "I'm not gay" destroys all ambiguity about him. He was obviously either gay and lying or straight and flamboyant.

Other than that, the graphics were okay, the voices were done well, the animation needs some work, and I didn't find it very funny (mainly because he wasn't ambiguous).

VashHash responds:

Although he said he wasn't gay, you said it yourself. He could be gay and lying or straight and flamboyant. Ambiguity is the capability of being understood in either of two or more possible senses; therefore even if he told you his sexuality, by your personal opinion, you can chose if he is lying or take his word for it, leaving him ambiguous.

Amazing. Simply amazing.

Not the movie, the reviews. I'm not going to touch the whole "is this art or not" debate, but I will say that I did not enjoy your work, if you can even call it that.

I find it amazing that in the span of less than two years, you went from writing short responses with poor spelling and grammatical structure, to long, overdone responses with flawless spelling and grammar (with the exception of internet slang, such as "n00b," which seems to be repeated a lot). It's amazing what "Hooked On Phonics" can do, isn't it?

It also seems that as time went on, more and more people started trying to write "intelligent-sounding" reviews, attempting to disprove your so-called genius, and boost their ego. However, they have all failed, because you are the most narcissistic person I have ever come across, and it is impossible to dig through the thick layer of scum that surrounds your ego.

So enjoy yourself, insult me all you want. I can't wait to see what kind of effort you put into the response for my review. Take your time. Consult your old "Hooked On Phonics" workbooks. Make your response to my review stand out, like a tiny hunk of corn, in the steaming pile of shit that is your space on the Newgrounds servers.

Hice responds:

You say about people being dumb enough to write long, drawn out, reviews trying to sound intelligent and failing.

Looks like you have just joined their ranks. You spend the entire review trying to make yourself look smarter than you really are, continually referencing "Hooked on Phonics" in an attempt to insult me. The only thing you have accomplished is writing another, long, drawn out pointless review full of nothing but drivel and a few bits of content.

You say my replies have improved since I submitted? How could my writing skills not improve when I am forced to deal with dumbasses like yourself on a weekly/monthly basis.

Oh, nice job contradicting yourself in your own review. You say you are not going to argue the artistic integrity of my work, yet you call it shit at the end of my review. Nice job buddy. Just admit that you are jealious that my One flash has a higher score than your batting average, basically NG's form of "Penis Envy".

You can go back to being the worthless little n00bling you are, I'm done with you.

Heh...

I couldn't help but fall out of my chair laughing when his arms flew off.

Other than that, it was just as good as the other two parts. No improvement at all.

Not bad

It reminded me of the scene from Pulp Fiction in the basement of the pawn shop.

Dan545 responds:

I dunno, I think it reminds me more of that one movie with the dog that plays basketball. Oh what that dog will do for a pat on the head.

WHAT?!?!

Not even above a 4?! This was HILARIOUS! Exactly the kind of humor I enjoy most.

Good art, good animation, and a good plotline is forming for an entire series. I am definitely looking forward to more.

Keep up the great work!

Well...

I have to admit, I laughed pretty hard when I saw the French version of B. But the rest of it was only a little amusing.

HAHA!!!

I almost fell out of my chair laughing when Hector rocketed the ball through Len's face!

Short and sweet. Great job.

There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other.
