Don Hertzfeldt?
Was that supposed to be in the style of a Don Hertzfeldt movie? I like Don Hertzfeldt a lot, but this was not even close to his caliber of work. If it was funny, I would have voted it much higher.

Pretty cool
I don't know if it was just me, but the sound wasn't synched up. Other than that, very nice for a short cartoon. Good use of vocabulary!
Great for a first.
That was great for a first movie. Basicly the only thing I didn't like was the fact that they were stick figures (what can I say, I don't have a thing for 'em). For your next movie, I'd suggest using more sound effects, and perhaps voices for characters. Overall, this was a very funny cartoon.
Poor Taste
C'mon, I've heard enough about Sept. 11. Yes, it was tragic. Yes, lots of people died. Yes, I do have compassion. But I certainly don't need to see a stick figure animation of it, whether in tribute, or in mockery. At the very least, you should have made this a tribute that came out on the anniversary, not mid-July.
